ESTCOURT KZN: Drakensview learners create masks with a difference

Grade 7 learners at Drakensview Primary School were exposed to masks of a different kind recently

We are all used to wearing our masks to keep us safe from Covid-19.

However, the Grade 7 learners at Drakensview Primary School were exposed to masks of a different kind recently.

In their Creative Art lessons during the first term, they learnt about all sorts of masks. For their practical, they had to create an African mask using papier maché.

After days of moulding, cutting, pasting and painting, a few of the Grade 7s were proud to show off their creative skills.
