NEWCASTLE KZN: Winners of the Newcastle Advertiser Facebook competitions announced
Thank you to all those who entered and voted in these two competitions!
This month, the Newcastle Advertiser held the ‘Mother’s Day Selfie’ and ‘Pet Selfie’ competitions for readers.
Entrants were required to send in selfies of themselves with their moms or their beloved pets, by a closing date, in order to qualify for these competitions.
Once all entries were collected, the photos were then uploaded to the Newcastle Advertiser Facebook page, where readers and the public were encouraged to vote for their favourites by clicking ‘LIKE’ on the photo.
In total, the Mother’s Day Selfie competition received a whopping 2 191 votes, while the Pet Selfie competition received 1 606 votes.
