Project time at Drakensview Primary

The masks created were a 'riot' of colour, accessories and feathers

During the first term, the Grade 5 learners at Drakensview Primary School learnt about African masks in their Creative Arts lessons.

They then had the opportunity to research, design and make their own colourful masks using a paper plate as the base.

The masks created were a ‘riot’ of colour, accessories and feathers.
