Two foreign nationals set to appear in court
They failed to account for the 6000 litres of diesel in their possession
Two foreign nationals are set to appear in court soon. They face a charge of being in possession of 6000 litres of diesel, which they failed to account for.
The duo were travelling on the N3 in a Ford double-cab bakkie which was towing a trailer, when they were stopped by police.

Ladysmith police officers were conducting patrols when they noticed and pulled over the vehicle.
A thorough inspection revealed that the bakkie was unlicensed and one of the two men was undocumented.
