Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (Dunlop Tyres SA) has completed a business restructuring process, resulting in the retrenchment of 90 employees.

The decision was made after a collaborative process with employee representatives and the CCMA.

The company says it will continue to focus on sustaining its South African operations and providing quality tyres to the local market.
