Education Outreach engages youth in national and global dialogue

The initiative encourages young people and academics to contribute to education reform under South Africa’s G20 presidency.

Majuba TVET College hosted the G20 Education Group Outreach Programme 2025 at its CPD Campus in Madadeni today (June 25).
The event took place under the main theme: “Educational Professionals for Solidarity, Equality, and Sustainable Development.”
The event aimed to involve the youth and academic communities in South Africa’s G20 efforts by promoting inclusive and representative dialogue.

The day included panel discussions, various debates, quiz games, and entertainment segments.
Furthermore, key topics included the rising unemployment rate among South African youth, the opportunities available to them, and the challenges and potential outcomes facing young people in the higher education sector
