“Being a resident of Estcourt means he has to travel to Ladysmith to attend to most of his meetings and appointments. Njabulo and his team successfully completed several projects recently. The projects were well co-ordinated and had a positive impact on communities. These very projects put him in the running for the accolade he received. As a young person, Njabulo is also a source of inspiration for his peers and the youth in general,” said a statement from the SAPS.
