We are paying for two municipal managers

Sir,
The ratepayers in this town have now been paying for two municipal managers for almost a year. We would like to know if residents can take any legal action to recoup this money? 
Will the increase of 8% in our rates and taxes again be used to fund illegal trips for the mayoral vehicle, like in the previous regime…?
No wonder our town is on the verge of bankruptcy – even the mayor commented on this in his budget speech.
The theft of electricity is totally crippling, and strong action is needed here. Why should some residents pay through their noses for power, while others simply steal what they need? And get protected by councillors while doing so…?
This Council is the subject of ridicule – thank goodness the new regime has suspended three of the culprits of the previous regime, and let’s hope more are on the way.
We need an intelligent administration, free of patronage and corruption. The once-prosperous little town of Dundee has been turned into a cesspool of stinking corruption and jobs for pals. Some cleanup is required, now more urgently than ever.
