Madam – Dear Madadeni Hospital Staff Members, MEC for Health, Management, Doctors, Specialists, Nurses, Cleaners, Helpers, Porters, Security Staff.
This is my Thank You letter to you.
Thank you for the kind manner you treat each and every patient who enters the hospital.
Thank you for the friendly smiles and helpful assistance to patients who are scared, lost and perhaps a little confused.
Thank you for giving each and every patient the required time to evaluate their situation, and to find cures, solutions, and answers. Thank you for a clean, well equipped and well maintained hospital.
Thank you for being on time and on your posts, ready to help, attend and assist.
Thank you for your admirable team spirit among all the staff members.
Thank you for giving patients the peace of mind , knowing they are being cared for.
Thank you for treating each and every patient with the same quality of standard, no matter income, race, colour or religion.
I would also like to thank the taxpayers and local government, as in the bigger picture we all play a part in our community, that supply health services to people who are unable to afford private health care.
To all the Madadeni Hospital staff members, I thank you for keeping our Madiba legacy alive.
I apologise for patients and visitors who might be rude. I wish their hearts open their eyes to see the greater good of your service to the community.
To all the Madadeni Hospital staff members, I salute you, for keeping smiles on your faces, knowing that there are queues of people to be treated.
Thank you for not losing heart in an environment that is not always ideal. I salute you, for only super special people not only work, but thrive, caring for the community.
This is also a plea to any community member to perhaps use their Madiba 67 minutes to reflect and to be greatful for everything we have. There are so many people in our community who really have very little. And we are fortunate to have all these super stars at Madadeni Hospital who make the effort to service our community.
