Dealing with the ex

Dealing with the ex

Advances in technology have changed the landscape of relationships in many ways.

The role of cellphones and computers in starting and keeping relationships going has become a big deal. We also use a variety of social media tools (status updates, relationship statuses, profile pictures) to show the world and our partners how our relationship is developing.

It is therefore not surprising that technology and social media have also become a big part of breaking-up. Statuses and profile pictures need to be changed, and regulating contact with an ex can be tricky. Is commenting or liking a status ok?

Go back to basics if there are things you still need to resolve after your break-up, like talking face to face.
