As taxpayers, we need someone to oversee if work is getting done. Eight grass cutters dressed in orange were seen sitting in the shade – yet grass is uncut.

Kindly be advised that the relevant department is investigating the matter and necessary steps will be taken against those who are affected by this matter. It is also requested that in future we be provided with images to ease our future investigation however, supervision to staff will be strengthened.
