Ladysmith Garden Club meets to talk about plants

They spoke about maintaining a garden and also highlighted various landscaping options that can be implemented

The Ladysmith Garden Club recently held a meeting at local resident Mr Hadebe’s house, at the corner of Ruby Gailey Drive and De Wet Street.

During the gathering, they spoke about maintaining a garden and also highlighted various landscaping options that can be implemented.

After the talk, they all enjoyed tea and treats while mingling and doing some good old socialising.

Ladysmith Garden Club members meet once a month on a Tuesday to discuss various planting issues, types of plants available, and the conditions in which these plants thrive. The club has been in existence for 25 years now, providing those with green fingers a great opportunity to learn and get together with people of a like mind.

The club is now issuing a request for more men and women to join, and learn about the wonderful world of gardening.
