Alfred Street repair relief

This road is a busy one with scholars, parents and factory workers using it on a daily basis, so it is about time that it was repaired

It was such a relief to see that the municipality is actually doing something about the terrible road conditions in Alfred Street near the cemetery. For a very long time this road has been in an awful state and efforts to repair it did not materialise.

This road is a busy one with scholars, parents and factory workers using it on a daily basis, so it is about time that it was repaired.
I just hope that the workmanship endures and that after the first heavy rain, we don’t see what we saw during the Albert Street rehabilitation.

Thank you municipality, well done.
