Estcourt Hospital – keep up the exceptional work

It is awesome to go into a place and meet people who are really willing to help and with a smile too

Going up to our local hospital has been a worry to me. Hearing all the negative stories, almost reminds you of a horror story. But on March 18, I had to take my mom. So we had to face what awaits us.

After parking and entering the security guarded gate, I relaxed. It was the most pleasant experience we had. I would like to compliment the Estcourt Provincial Hospital. You have a very efficient system in place.

Your staff, from the security at the gate, right through every department is very professional and helpful. Every one of your staff members is very friendly as well. It is awesome to go into a place and meet people who are really willing to help and with a smile too. We were guided to every department by each staff member, and they were patient to explain and even take us there.
Well done staff, keep up the exceptional work. Thank you very much for being caring!
