Madam – Thanks for the opportunity to write this letter; this is important to know.

Sunday morning at about 10am my wife started to feel dizzy and passed out. We were worried because we didn’t know what caused her to collapse.

I phoned ER24 ambulance and Jan-Henk picked up the phone. I asked him to please attend to the matter while I was getting dressed. I would meet him at the mall. My people who worked with me phoned again and asked me to hurry. I walked from home to my garage and phoned ER24 again. Jan-Henk informed me he was at my wife’s side already. That I call quick response and caring for the public in need. Thanks Jan-Henk and the lady who assisted him!

On arrival at the hospital they pushed her into the examination room and the nurses were quick to help. They booked her in no time into I.C.U. where she got the best care. I especially want to thank intensive care at Madadeni Hospital for taking good care of her. At about 5pm I phoned night shift personnel in I.C.U, and they were friendly. They gave me a complete update on her health.

On arrival at the hospital at 9.30pm when I entered, they told me she had opened her eyes and talked to them. They made my day with that good news. Hope we can have more people like ER24 and ICU.

Good work and huge thumbs up for ER 24 and everybody yesterday and last night who worked in I.C.U.

The Panther family extend our sincere gratitude to them.
