Justice will take its course!

Madam – Who on earth would find pleasure in poisoning an innocent beautiful dog like Pumba?

I have been to the SPCA many times and this gentle soul always has a wag in his tail and a friendly personality. He may be big in size, but he also has a big heart to match.

It makes me sick to think that some devious people out there want to break in to an organisation like the SPCA, who relies on the community to be able to take care of innocent animals in need, just for personal gain. And to hurt another innocent animal too.

I guess the guilty person will never know the unconditional love of an animal. He or she will never know what it feels like to come home to a pet that does not judge you but is just happy for a meal and drink and kind words.

It breaks my heart to know we breathe the same air as this disgusting ‘human being’. We are put on this earth to love and respect all God’s creatures. This horrible act is against the Word of God to start with.

To Heather Gero and the team at the SPCA – as a resident, I am truly sorry for what you guys have been through and am so thankful Pumba is recovering. I hope justice will take its course and the person/s responsible for the attack on Pumba is brought to his/her knees for their crimes!
