Thank you Brokenshas

I must commend all the staff for their patience in listening to my moans and then finding the problem

Often it is easier to complain and not enough recognition goes out in thanks for good work. For anyone who knows the Spence family, they will know the legendary maroon Isuzu bakkie. This bakkie is my pride and joy and has been so faithful over the years.

Recently it had issues that needed repairing and as was becoming a regular occurrence, it needed to spend more than a day at the garage.
This is of course a huge inconvenience, being without one’s vehicle.

You can imagine my extreme disappointment when it came home with other issues, different from before. My bakkie was not normal anymore, it made awful noises and then the gears packed up. Enough was enough! I went into Brokenshas explaining my dismay in an as nice a way as I could.

I must commend all the staff for their patience in listening to my moans and then finding the problem. Embarrassingly enough, one problem was my complete stupidity.

I am however pleased about this, as the real problem would have cost a fortune to repair. The checks of the wheels and suspension were shown to me one area at a time and then I went on the test drive to point out the noise that did not belong on my car. I drove my bakkie home with the biggest smile one can have.

Nice control, no noise, just a fabulous drive. So, again, thank you Brokenshas staff for listening, having patience and doing a great job.
