Poor workmanship or a lack of qualification?

The interruptions of water will decrease the productivity just in this area alone, which stops the flow of income into the water board as well

Driving up the Loskop road branching off mainly to Bank Road in Estcourt, whereby there are well-known businesses that are keeping residents of Estcourt employed has everlasting on-going water interruptions.

These water interruptions affect greatly the industries namely Sasko, Glamosa, Midlands Beer Distributors and other enterprises in that area that keep at least 700 or more workers employed. It is an increasing economically populated area.

Being an industry locality, it has become a very popular area in our town. But the water supply in that locality is not regular. It is made one time in two days and for a short time. Sometimes the water supply is not made for three days continuously. A work man of poor technical knowledge appears three to four times a month repairing the same water leakage. Is that poor workmanship or well-paid staff that lacks qualification?

The pipes are in bad condition or out of control. The staff very primitively digs up the problematic area and are obviously advised by some well-paid qualified foreman to dig up, patch up and move up.

The supply is very little water after the hard labour. It is frustrating for the people of this locality. There is not even an alternative to fulfil the needs. Because of this, the industries have to reduce their hours of productivity. This affects them greatly.
Therefore I request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for solving the problem, so the water supply may be made regular and daily in our locality.

You are requested to look into this matter seriously and uproot the underlying cause. This requires human intelligence and a sense of human urgency. If you have that, then display it by doing the job right.

The interruptions of water will decrease the productivity just in this area alone, which stops the flow of income into the water board as well. The problem of scarcity of water has been precipitated due to misbalancing in the supply and requirement of water, which is passing through a smaller diameter of water pipes for the last many years. In order to improve the situation it is of paramount necessity to replace the existing water pipes with bigger diameter ones without further loss of time.
