It’s the amount of filth, which is lying on the corner of Albert and Connor streets by the robots, where the tote is being emptied out.

Yes, that dreadful building, which has been urinated on continually by the drunkards. Also, the filth in the gutter, which is also being blocked by mud, weeds and plants.
Not to mention broken bottles, etc. WHEN is the rubbish department going to do something about this? IS there a rubbish department OR health department in this filthy town?
