At this time of the year we have learners embarking on their path of education, while others have done the trek and the world of higher education beckons.
What an exciting and challenging time for both learners and students, with the learners` parents looking ahead to twelve years of writing exams with their child.

I must say it was refreshing to read about our Dr Ramkissoon, who amidst an unstable foster home background, pulled himself up by his bootstraps, and has built a solid and successful career as an optometrist.
Dr Paul, you are an inspiration and a beacon of light to our sometimes disorientated youth.
Let them take a leaf from your book, and with dedication and drive, show how they too can come out tops.
