The sudden death of David Oxford Cecil (DOC) Matiwane’s son, Themba Matiwane has taken us aback.
We wish to inform and confirm the passing of our dear brother. He was gunned down on December 31, 2018 in Colita.

He will be sorely missed for being a prominent soccer player during the 80’s in Pietermaritzburg.
His funeral service was held at the DOC museum in Willowfontein, Pietermaritzburg. He is survived by three daughters and siblings.
