Oh my word, I just cannot believe it! Are you people serious! Grass and trees cutting schedule, oh wow, did you lose your cutting equipment?

Our pavements and verges are disgraceful and please don’t lie to us and blame it on too much rain.
The pothole repairs? No funds? Do you understand the danger of these potholes to motorists? Are you people taking the rate paying population seriously, or do you enjoy stealing our money?
Because no service delivery with our money is regarded as theft. The non-working street lights. You don’t have any excuses not to give us light, which we are also paying for. Refuse still lying in heaps down the railway embankment, still no care to clean.
The litter lining the streets, black bags not being collected. I saw three refuse trucks standing at the municipality this morning. Please explain? They must be running otherwise they would be added to the fire station municipal scrapyard. On-going sewerage and water flowing in this town.
Please explain why is it that the card machine at the municipality is not working? Is this a temporary problem or have you lost the rights to this privilege? Why is it that most months we are forced to come in and collect our accounts? Are you posting them out or not?
Are you a functioning, trustworthy, reliable, honest and hardworking municipality for the PEOPLE? Are you transparent; are your books open and transparent? Can you honestly tell us that you are proud of your service to this district?
Can you tell us, you did well and we need to acknowledge your good works? Well, well, people of this district, just look outside and see for yourselves. Take a good hard look at what our administration has done for Estcourt and surroundings.
Our fire engine is non-functional, traffic lights are either broken or out of order, streets, gutters and pavements are in shambles.
Grass and weeds are as high as the trees are. In some places there seems like there was grass cut but never do you see a soul taking it up.
Water pipes that are supposed to be repaired, the surface that was destroyed to fix the pipe that has never been repaired (opposite Drakensview). Infrastructure is just not maintained or repaired. JUST SO MANY INCOMPLETE JOBS.
So you just proved to the PEOPLE, you took the money from the ratepayers, let Estcourt go to rot and just sat and waited for the elections.
It will be the next administrators’ problem to clean and fix this town and surroundings. The coffers are dry.
