Small group battle the cold at Time Trials

A huge thank you goes out to Pat Sibisi for being the time keeper

Ladies Walk – 2km: Luzanne van der Mescht set a new Personal Best in a time of 21m26s.
Ladies Walk – 4km: Thobeka Mbatha also set a new Personal Best in a time of 30m59s.
Ladies Run – 4km: Nthombi Sithole was the only competitor in the event and finished in a time of 26m58s.
Men Run – 4km: Bongani Sabelo finished first in a time of 15m06s. Bongani also did well in the 51km Memel to Newcastle race on August 9 where he finished fifth in a time of three and a half hours. Roy Zondo – 15m25s came in second ahead of Petrus Mavuso – 17m33s, Sakile Dlomo – 20m50s, Khulani Nene – 21m26s and Fanie Mthembu – 21m42s. Nathi Makhonza came in at the back of the pack in a time of 23m51s.
