The Monthly Mug Medal Competition for September was played this past Saturday, and winning the Men’s A Division was Aaron Mbatha on a net 71. An ecstatic Kevin Donaldson picked up his first ever Golf Monthly Mug by winning the Men’s B Division on a net 70.
In the Ladies division, Jane MacKenzie won the A division, Lorien De Wit the B division and winning the C division was Hlengiwe Hlongwane. There was only one 2 Club recorded on the day, and that went to Dan Scholtz when almost holing out his tee shot on the 12th hole, just two more rolls by the ball and Dan would have recorded his first ever first Hole-In-One.
The N.KZN Men’s Local League wraps up this Sunday with all the final games being played here at Dundee C.C.
