Archers to find the mark at competition this month

The competition is open to all ages and skills levels, and takes place on November 25 at Grey Goose Game Lodge.

Newcastle Bowhunting and Archery Club is hosting an action-packed competition in November.

The competition is open to all ages and skills levels, and takes place at 9am on November 25 at Grey Goose Game Lodge.

“Everyone is welcome from pro bowhunters to beginner archers and children,” explained organisers.

Braai packs and an open bar will be available after the competition, and no other food or drinks may be brought into the venue.

Entry fees are as follows:

Club members pay R150 while non-members pay R200 – braai packs are R140 each, which includes meat, salad and dessert.

You must bring with a camping chair or own seating.
