Runners – 2km: (1) Janine Strydom 12m44s; (2) Chantel Gifkins 13m42s; (3) Tiekie Armstrong 14m32s.
Runners – 3km: (1) Jayrushka Massalia 17m19s; (2) Shamendra Baijnath 17m19s.
Runners – 4km: (1) Ayanda Buthelezi 14m08s; (2) Jonathan Benjamin 14m18s; (3) Bongani Sabelo 14m40s; (4) Njabulo Buthelezi 14m51s; (5) Eric Nelson 15m22s; (6) Joel Khumalo 16m05s; (7) Sandile Lamula 23m10s.
Ayanda was again the fastest 4km runner. He was closely followed by Jonathan and Bongani.
Janine was too strong in the 2km run, and Jayrushka and Shamendra came in together in the 3km run.
Well done to all who participated despite the cold weather.
