T20 Night League – Spook and Diesel vs Tigers
Tigers batted first and were bowled out for a lowly 73. Mohammed top scored with 29. Haroon and Mulanah destroyed the batting line up taking 4/8 and 4/16 respectively.
In reply Spook and Diesel were on 59/4 when bad light stopped play. Yusheer top scored with 17 as Spook and Diesel were awarded the points due to their better run rate. Shaun took 4/30 for Tigers.
Farmers vs Rebels
Farmers batted first, making 136/6 in their allotted overs, thanks to 53 from Chris and 40 not out from Kyle. Ayob took 2/12 and Aezaz took 2/23.
In reply Rebels were bowled out just short of the total, making 123. Mark made 37 and Aeza made 21. Shane was the pick of the bowlers, taking 4/36, while Braam took 3/25 as Farmers picked up the win.
Molls vs Pakistan Lions
Pakistan Lions took to the crease first and made 156/6 thanks to 34 from Adeel and Farouke’s 29. Henry took 2/26 and Stephen took 2/36 for Farmers. Molls run chase was then curtailed before it ever really got going as they were bowled out for just 80.
Daniel was their best batsman, scoring 20. Waqas was chief destroyer with the ball, taking 5/15. Ashfaq kept the batsmen in line from the other end, taking 3/10 as Pakistan Lions picked up a good win.
Saturday 30 Overs: Molls vs Endumeni Development
Endumeni Development batted first making 118 all out. Zeze top scored with 45 and Preston made 19. Brett took 3/28 and Henry took 2/12 for Molls.
In reply Molls fell just short in a nail biting finish to the game. Daniel made 34 and Morne made 15 as Molls finished on 116 all out in their 30 overs.
Tyler took 2/13 and Baloo took 2/17 as Endumeni Development picked up the win in the closest game of the season.
Sunday 50 Over League: Rebels vs Endumeni Development
Endumeni Development batted first and amassed 146/6 thanks to 58 from Zeze and 25 from Brandon. Yusuf took 2/24 and Farhad took 1/19. In reply Rebels were bowled out for 112. Farhad top scored with 28 and Ali chipped in with 26. Preston took 4/17 and Ashley took 2/13 as Endumeni Development’s bowlers helped them to victory.
