Time Trials welcomed the return of Biggarsberg Chairman, Ken Vorster who put in a good run after a long absence.

2km Walk: Lani dead heated with Karla van Eeden in a time of 20m25s. Betti Wolfaardt and Luzanne finished just behind them, also dead heating in a time of 22m23s.
2km Walk/ Jog: Vasanthee Naicker once again powered her way to the finish in a record time of 13m59s.
2km Run Ladies: Hlengiwe Mncube won this event in a time of 11m11s. Second was Nondumiso Moloi – 14m05s, third was Sbongakonke – 14m33s and fourth was Martie Ferreira – 14m39s.
2km Run Men: Ivan once again smashed his PB, winning the event in a time of 10m32s, followed by a fit looking Biggarsberg Chairman, Ken Vorster, who finished in 16m17s.
4km Ladies: Thobeka Shezi – 19m20s edged out Thobeka Mbatha – 19m22s, to win the event. Third was Thandeka who finished in 24m11s.
4km Men: Veli Nkosi won in an incredible time of 17m53s, followed by Zwelihle who produced another good run in 18m40s. Third was Sakile Masondo – 22m02s, fourth was Sandile – 23m10s and fifth was Sylvester – 27m36s.
8km Ladies: Nicky Williams once again smashed her PB in a time of 38m25s.
8km Men: There was an exciting finish to this event with Thokozani – 29m35s finishing just ahead of Sabelo 29m39s.

Please note that Time Trials, take place every Wednesday at 5:20pm in front of Dundee Junior School on Excelsior Lane.
