VRYHEID Rugby Club’s first and second team were in for a treat on Friday night at Golden Peak Spur.

Club president, Rieg Verster, sprang the boys for burgers at Spur, prior to their match against Richards Bay on Saturday, in the spirit of team building as well as expressing his gratitude for their dedication to the club and the sport.

“These young men put their bodies on the line for the sport,” said Verster. “We just want to thank them for their commitment and sacrifice.”
