Futsal league continues
Barcelona FC clinched their second win for the season thus far, after beating Manchester City with a score of two-nil.
Newcastle Futsal League continued last Sunday and was nothing short of spectacular.
Barcelona FC clinched their second win for the season thus far, after beating Manchester City with a score of two-nil.
Manchester City seemed to be on the back foot from the start of the game and only got into rhythm in the dying minutes of the second half, which proved to be too late as Barcelona already scored two goals.
In the second game of the evening, Galatasaray took on Dortmund. As the favourite to win, Galatasaray played an exceptional game indeed by securing a win of two – nil.
The third game was between Manchester United and Manchester City. As both teams showed strong defence and were armed with good goalkeepers, the match was tough and ended with a zero-all draw.
Wimbledon FC took on Esperanzi FC in the fourth game of the night.
While Esperanzi FC played its hear out, Wimbeldon FC clinched the win with a score of three-nil, remaining second on the log.
The fifth game was the most exciting game of the season so far, as Bayern Munich took on Celtic Rangers.
The referee had to step in three times to placate the players from both teams. Despite conflict between the players, the match ended with an one-all draw.
The sixth game was between Manchester City and Catalans FC, and the game seemed to be well balanced with good counter-attacking from both teams.
The win went to Catalans with a score of two-nil.
The last game of the night was between Newcastle United and Africa FC.
Newcastle United seemed to be unstoppable, as they secured six wins from all six of their games and beat Africa FC with a score of one-nil.
Newcastle United is on top of the log with 18 points, followed by Wimbledon FC on 13 points and Celtic Rangers in third position on 10 points.
