They spent Friday night around the fire, sharing food and stories.
Saturday morning’s class was led by Sensei Rob Ferrier, from the College of the Empty Hand, a 7th Dan and winner of numerous world titles.
Training was intense and concentration was the key element for maximum performance, combined with hip movement, speed and agility.
After a hard day’s work, karateka and management indulged in a braai.
