Aquacise is for adults of all abilities, from the super fit sportsman to the frail or injured.

SCHUINSHOOGTE – November 12 – The Worldwide Aquathon will take place at Swim Studio, at 4 Disa Road, in Schuinshoogte.

The 45-minute water exercises will commence at 9am, 9.45am, 10.30am and 11.45am.

Entrance fee will cost R50 per person, which will be donated to either CANSA, Esperanza or Helpende Hand, to be decided by Newcastle entrants.

Aquacise is for adults of all abilities, from the super fit sportsman to the frail or injured.

Dress in any swimming costume and shorts are optional. Long hair needs to be pinned up only, caps not needed.

Please wear our national SA flag or its colours somewhere for international exposure!

This will be the first time Newcastle participates in the Aquathon.
This annual project was initiated in East London in 2013, when 42 countries participated. By 2015, 76 countries participated at 180 venues throughout the world.
