However, a tight schedule did nothing to upset its momentum, with Asians wrapping up back-to-back victories to move to the top of Pool B.
Highlands also retained its Pool A unbeaten run with a victory over Eagles.
The full week two results are as follows:
Asians defeated AMSA by 98 runs, Highlands beat Eagles by 49 runs and Asians were victorious over Paradise by 71 runs.

In Pool A, Highlands has four points (+60), Eagles is in second with two (-18) and Phoenix holds third with zero points (-21).
Lennoxton is fourth with zero (-31) and Drakensberg Old Boys is yet to play a match.
Asians has control over Pool B with four points (+169), Paradise has two points (+26) and Warriors is third with zero (-97).
Mittal sits in fourth place with zero (-98), and Underdogs must still play its opener.
Week two of the Spur Super Saturday League saw the clash between Phoenix and Eagles called off after five overs, due to rain.
This forced the teams to call it a draw.
Phoenix had amassed a mighty 265 runs in its innings, and had Eagles on the ropes at 14 runs for the loss of four wickets.
Lennoxton recorded its maiden win over Young Warriors by 55 runs.
Highlands beat Drakensberg Old Boys by eight wickets, while Asians capped off a fruitful week with a comprehensive win over Underdogs.
The league log is as follows:
Highlands is on top with four points (+97), ahead of Phoenix on three (0), with Paradise claiming third position after a three-way tie with Asians (+38) and Lennoxton (-42).
Underdogs (0), Warriors (-55) and Eagles (-93) are also tied at one point apiece.
Drakensberg Old Boys finds itself at the bottom of the log, with zero points (0), and hopes to redeem itself against Warriors this Saturday at Ferrum II.
