Four new members take on Time Trials

Time Trials are held every Wednesday at 5pm in front of Dundee Junior School

Ladies 3km Walk: Dorea Coetzee made a welcome return in a time of 26m08s.
Ladies 4km Run: Thobeka Mbatha – 19m37s finished ahead of Nontando Khumalo and Nomthandazo Ngema – 24m46s, Anele Zwane – 25m03s, Nthombi Sithole – 27m22s and Fundile Buthelezi – 32m04s. Thabisele Ngema and Sne Mlambo set new personal bests in times of 38m03s and 39m04s respectively.
Ladies 4km Jog/Walk: Mabotse Mawila – 42m09s was the only athlete to compete in the event.
Ladies 4km Walk: Mbali Nawila completed the event in a time of 43m38s.
Men 2km Run: Njabulo Duma set a new personal best in a time of 9m17s.
Men 3km Run: Sandile Ntuli finished in 22m35s.
Men 4km Jog/Walk: Ntsako Mawila completed in 42m15s.
Men 4km Run: Ayanda Buthelezi led home a big pack in a time of 13m33s. He finished ahead of Thokozani Phungula – 13m42s (PB), Bongani Sabelo – 14m02s, Joel Khumalo – 15m19s and Petrus Mavuso – 15m41s (PB). Fortune Ngcobo – 15m51s (PB) finished next followed by Ntokozo Mchunu – 16m10s, Philemon Zondi 17m22s – (PB), Spephelo Ntshingila – 18m04s(PB) and Zwelihle Duma – 18m42s. Reggie Nkosi – 19m18s set a new personal best followed by Bogani Myeni – 19m28s, Nathi Makhonza – 20m58s (PB), Banele Sithebe – 21m04s. Pat Sibisi and Thokozane Khanyile both crossed the line in 21m53s with Sandile Lamula bringing up the rear in a time of 24m02s (PB).
