Kruger and De Wet weave golfing magic
A Club Competition will be held this Saturday with a 10am starting time due to Newcastle members starting early.
It was great to see 38 players braving the winterey conditions to compete in the Debs Embroidery (in the form of a combined stableford) sponsored day on Saturday.
Prizes went to the following combined stableford winners:
1st place T Kruger and W De Wet on 70 points
2nd place D Catlett and R Streak on 70 points
3rd place J Zulu and C Maphanga on 66 points
4th place B Francis and M Bradbury on 66 points
Two Clubs were carded as follows
N Van Huysteen no 12 K Roets no 8; C Mkhwanazi no 16, C Maphanga no 4, S Sithole no 12 and M Mthethwa no 16.
Well done to all who participated and to the winners.
