Elvis Blue is on his way. One of South Africa’s foremost singers-songwriters is currently preparing for his latest tour – and he just might be playing in your hometown. He hits the Three Cities Alpine Resort stage in support of his latest Afrikaans album.
Elvis Blue tore up the road while on tour for his previous two albums, ‘Elvis Blue’ and ‘Journey’. Both these albums garnered accolades and broke records in terms of sales.
Fans now have an opportunity to see another side of Elvis on his first Afrikaans album and its supporting tour.
The album reached gold status shortly after its release and has already achieved wide acclaim – including SAMA, Tempo and Ghoema-awards. With this tour, Elvis continues his relationship with his fans by performing for them in their hometowns. “I am deeply grateful for the support I have received since I came out with my first album. I also love touring, because it gives me the opportunity to interact with audiences on a more personal level,” Blue says.
The tour kicks off in Cape Town on Monday, June 23, and fans can also catch Elvis at Three Cities Alpine Resort in Bergville on July 4.
