With your help, we will be giving to children who have nothing
We will be at it again, as Toys for Joy 2014 kicks off in dramatic style this month. We will once again be taking out a convoy, hauling Santa’s Sleigh (filled with toys) as it weaves its way through the streets of Ladysmith.
The Biddulph family, together with staff from the Ladysmith Gazette and ABI, will visit the needy throughout town. It’s about giving, but we need your help. Toys do not appear out of thin air… With your help, we will be giving to children who have nothing. We cannot do it without you, but trust us when we say that the look of joy on a young child’s face when he unwraps his present is worth a thousand words.
If you have any old toys in good condition, drop them off at the Ladysmith Gazette office. If you have nothing, give us a cash donation and we will buy stuff on your behalf at local supermarkets.
