Round Table Ncandu 86 gear up for winter nights

Round Table Ncandu 86 will host a very special fund-raiser at Melo’s Pub & Grill on July 7.

The Round Table evening will be hosted hand-in-hand with the team of Mortimer Toyota, Newcastle.

The aim of the evening is in support of the Ncandu 86 Round Table’s annual Winter Knights drive, which is an endeavour that each and every Round Table in South Africa is encouraged to support.

According to Ncandu 86 Tound Table Vice-Chairman, Karl Niebuhr, the drive essentially assists those in dire need of warm clothing, blankets and food during the most frigid winter times.

“It is a proudly unique Round Table-created project, and one which has on many occasions let the people from South Africa open their hearts to those less fortunate than themselves.”

The event will feature a live performance by Newcastle’s own November Bloom, and lots of specials.

Round Table will be supported by the staff of Mortimer Toyota, Newcastle with Automark Manager, Rika Stoltz also present.

They will have vehicles on display and there will be collection boxes at the door.

Entrance on the evening will be either a blanket, an item of warm clothing, food or a minimum of R20 cash donation.
