Annual LHS matric farewell to be held today
As always, the annual matric farewell causes much excitement
It promises to be a night filled with glitz and glamour, as the Ladysmith High School (LHS) matriculants of 2018 are all geared up for their matric farewell tonight (September 28).
As always, the annual matric farewell causes much excitement, not only for the students, but also local residents who join in on the event and watch the matrics as they arrive in style.
Many of the students go out of their way to impress fellow learners and spectators with not only their outfits, but also the perfect vehicle.
Their grand entrance will be at the LHS athletic track, where students will start arriving at 4.45pm.
Once all the students have arrived, they will be taken by bus to the venue for the night, which is Thandana Wedding & Conference Centre, where they will dine and dance.
This is a definite highlight for the Grade 12s, as they end their high school career.
