We specialise in dance fitness.
How long have you been active?
For eight years.
Why would you suggest it to the next person? Danceology uses dance as a medium for physical, mental and emotional well-being. I incorporate yoga and meditation into my sessions as a medium of stress reduction. Dance releases happy hormones and after a danceology session you leave feeling relaxed and energetic (although your muscles may complain the next day).
Mastering a dance routine will leave you with a sense of personal achievement as you push yourself to move in ways that you may have thought impossible.
What can locals expect from you on the day of the fitness party?
We have an awesome playlist for the workout party. Great moves to work up a sweat and put a smile on your face. There will also be great yoga to cool down, stretch out those hardworking muscles and leave you dancing all the way home.
