SASOLBURG. – The driver of a stolen silver Isuzu died in a accident after he tried to get away from the scene on a farm near Oranjeville.

The vehicle was recovered after the driver was involved in a accident on the R57 outside Sasolburg near the R549 Deneysville crossing. According to information received, the vehicle was stolen this morning, Monday 5 August, at approximately 05:30 on a farm. Information on whether someone was hurt in the robbery, is still unknown.

Police and all services were on the scene.
