Die drie jong dames ontspan na die afgelope naweek se myrun.

A total of 29 registered and 9 unregistered runners completed the second myrun Parys Golf and Counry Estate on Sunday 16 December in hot conditions.

A big thank you to the three volunteers, Leander Jacobs, Elise Duvenhage and Wanda Lunderstedt

Please remember to register online before the coming Sunday’s myrun. To register go to myrun.org.za The event is open to everyone, regardless of level of fitness. The 5km route for runners or walkers promises to be fast, flat and scenic. It is stroller-friendly and dogs on short leashes are allowed. Registered runners will earn 300 Vitality point.
