The Ngwathe Local Municipality thanked the community for their immediate reporting on service delivery issues, allowing the technical team to dispatch rapid response and standby teams to attend to a sewar spillage in Heilbron, as well as in the Zone 6 Area in Tumahole.

The municipality once again appealed to residents not to throw foreign objects into the municipal sewer systems, and said consistent sabotage is seen causing damage on waste infrastructure and sewer spillages in most instances.
