Parysenaars ken die 77-jarige Jan Jacobs vir die vele planne wat hy al gemaak het. ’n Man wat ken van windpompe en ken van boer. En dis sy mi-niatuur windpompe waarvan daar al selfs een na Engeland uitgevoer is, wat nou weer vir hom erkenning besorg het.
