New children’s clinic open

Care 4 U Clinic is now open to anyone in the community with children from birth to 12 years old.

Care 4 U Clinic is now open to anyone in the community with children from birth to 12 years old.

Petro Swanepoel, the founder of the clinic, says she was inspired by the demand for these services.
“When people take their babies in for a check-up, they are usually required to get there as early as possible and have to sit for hours on end before they are even attended to,” she said. “We wanted to come up with a solution that will be convenient for parents.”

The clinic has an easy booking system with 15-minute intervals so parents can book a time slot that suits their schedule and leave immediately after their appointment.

The clinic is the first of its kind in Potchefstroom and Petro plans to expand once the demand increases. “For now, we are open from 08:00 to 14:00 but should it get really busy, we will remain open until 16:00,” she explained.

The clinic is located at the Klein Kabouters Pre-School and is open from Monday to Friday.
