Adopt, don’t shop – Loving animals waiting for you at PAWS

You could be the difference between a dog spending another night alone in a kennel—or finally knowing what it means to be loved.

Some of us are overly energetic, some overly loving, some sweet, some kind, some with tricks, and some quiet.

But the one thing we all at PAWS have in common, we all wag our tails as fast as we can, so that you can notice us and take us to our forever home. Some of us have been here a while, watching as others leave with their new families while we remain, unnoticed.

Others have only just arrived, confused and scared, not understanding why they’ve lost the only home they’ve ever known. The reality is heartbreaking. These dogs are loving, loyal, and desperate for a home.

They wag their tails at every visitor, hoping today will be the day someone chooses them. But too many people walk past. Too many look away. Please, if you’ve ever thought about adopting or fostering, now is the time.

If you can’t adopt, please share this post. Someone you know might be the hero one of these dogs has been waiting for.
