Ingredients:
- 225g halloumi
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 120g extra light cream cheese

- 250g dried pasta
Directions:
- Mix honey and chili flakes.
- Boil pasta, reserving pasta water.
- Slice halloumi and fry in a dry pan until golden.

- In the same pan, melt cream cheese, season, and add smoked paprika and crumbled stock cube.
- Gradually add pasta water until you have a glossy sauce.
- Add half the halloumi, stir in pasta, and top with remaining halloumi.
