Earlier today, Richard Motsetse Mosiane (38) appeared at the Potchefstroom Magistrate’s Court for his bail hearing. However, the bail application was postponed to 12 December for further investigation.
Till then, Mosiane will remain in custody.
Mosiane was arrested on 21 October(2019) for the alleged murder of his wife, Mapitso Natasha Georgina Mosiane(26). He and his brother were arrested after the police discovered the deceased’s body in the boot of the car.
His brother was also charged but the charges were withdrawn.
