Closure of municipality’s offices during the festive season
The municipal offices of JB Marks will close on 23 December at 12:00 and for the rest of December will only be open on the 28th and 29th. Emergency and essential services will still be rendered.
Offices of the JB Marks municipality will close on Wednesday, 23 December from 12:00. I will also be closed on 24, 25, 30, and 31 December as well as 1 January 2021. The offices will be open on Monday, 28 December and Tuesday 29 December.
According to a media spokesperson of the JB Marks, Tebogo Magome only essential and emergency services will be available when the offices are closed.
Residents must please note that waste won’t be collected on Friday 25 December and on Friday the 1st of January 2021. Waste that would have been collected on 25 December will instead be collected on Monday 28 December and the waste of 1 January will be collected on Monday 4 January 2021.
Magome says residents should ensure that their accounts are paid. The electricity can be purchased either online or at the various vending stations available throughout the JB Marks region. Residents are advised to utilise the following numbers in cases of emergencies:
