Invitation: public meeting to discuss municipality’s Annual Report 2018/2019

The J.B. Marks municipality is hosting a public participation meeting later today (Monday 24 May) to discuss the 2018/2019 Annual Report. The community is invited in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 to attend the meeting at the Madiba Banqueting Halls at 17:00.

According to the J.B. Marks spokesperson, William Maphosa, the municipality will also provide transport to the halls at 4 pm today at the following pick-up points:

• Wards 1, 18, and 27 – Ext 6, 4Way
• Wards 20, 17, and 26 – Ext 7, Taxi rank
• Wards 8, 9, and 10 – Ikageng Stadium
• Wards 6, 11, and 14 – Ga Matlabe Hall
• Wards 12, 16, and 19 – Caravans
• Wards 13, 17, and 21 – Promosa Hall
• Wards 4 and 12 – Scoti Car Wash
